This is an even healthier version of an almond joy for those of you who are sticking to a strict diet! Lara Bars are raw and super good for you! I love to have them as a treat or a post workout snack :)
1 C Pitted Dates
1/2 C Raw Coconut Flakes (unsweetened)
3/4 C Raw Almonds
1/2 C Raw Cacao Nibs
1)Put ingredients in food processor
2)Process until everything is mixed well
3)In a brownie pan, put wax paper down
4)Press mixture into the pan
5)Put in freezer until everything is stiff
6)Flip slightly frozen lara bar mixture onto a cutting board
7)Remove wax paper
8) Cut into bars
9)Wrap however you choose! I wrap mine in wax paper and keep them in the freezer :)
