For those of you who follow my facebook page & follow this website, you would know that I created an organic, chemical free skin care product line. It is so pure that you can literally eat any of the products and not get sick. I started making these products and perfected them while I was attending the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
I have always wanted to help people better their lives so I began attending the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education to become a Naturopathic Doctor. It has definitely been a roller coaster ride & I still have 3 more years until I completely graduate.
It took me 2 years to create and perfect a product that is called "Infinity Balm". I have had just about everyone I know use it for all different things, to my surprise it began to heal ailments quickly. My friends who are moms would rather use this than other diaper rash creams. My father in law uses it to keep his eczema under control. My father's girlfriend uses it on her psoriasis. My husband uses it when he gets rashes from the heat (he works outdoors). My grandparents use it for dry, cracked skin on their hands and feet. People have used it for tattoo aftercare. Infinity Balm has infinite possibilities.
I was shocked today when I received an email from someone who bought infinity balm from me a few months ago. As you can read in the pictures above, she was having fertility issues for 6 years. She began using infinity balm simply for a rash and then began to use it to treat her infertility. She would use it vaginally and topically on her stomach. After using it for two months, her husband and her conceived naturally without the help of pharmaceutical drugs.
When I read this email it brought me to tears. I was so humbled. See I always looked at my products as something to help people with skin ailments, I never dreamed that it would help people in other ways. All I have ever wanted was to help people achieve health & to be the best them that they can be. My husband and I were just over the moon and humbled by all of this. I am starting to see that maybe I was underestimating myself & God! I thought I would simply sell these products to people at a low cost to help them with skin problems, maybe there will be something more. There is always something deeper to things in life, as long as we are willing to see it!
Infinity Balm is made with organic avocado oil, organic virgin coconut oil, organic extra virgin olive oil, and organic jojoba oil. The oils are infused with dried organic herbs (thyme, lavender, peppermint, lemon balm, and rosemary) and essential oils (frankincense, myrrh, and lavender). The oils are infused according to the moon cycle & are very strong! I have never had a client that this hasn't helped with. Parents have bought it for their children who seem to be allergic to everything.

You will be able to read some of my review for this product below & you can see them on etsy as well! Also there are plenty on my facebook page!
This is yummy! This normally is full of rice & cream, but I thought I would make a paleo version for my grain free, dairy free friends. My husband even approved.

I am asked often about the foods that are most nourishing. The truth is, it is hard to find specific foods that are nourishing to everyone. Think about that last sentence. I say this because of bio-individuality. I studied it & I've seen it in my practice & with my clients over the past few years.
Bio-individuality is basically that no "diet" works for everyone. Everyone has different genetic makeup & there are different foods & supplements that each person needs. For instance, take the blood type diet. According to the blood type diet, Red Meat is a must have for the O blood types (this has been proven to be true in my practice as well), but for the A blood types they don't really need meat. To be honest, they survive best on a mostly vegetarian diet with occasional fish & poultry. BUT-- this doesn't work for everyone either. I have had A blood types that need red meat, and I have had O blood types who don't even crave red meats at all. There are a lot of factors that go into choosing the best foods for you. If you are wondering what types of foods would be good for you specifically, please email me & I would be happy to set up a consult with you!
For the sake of a lot of people asking "What are the most nourishing foods & why" I thought I would post some basic foods that are nourishing and why :)
Like I said above-- BIO-INDIVIDUALITY!!! I have to say though, I have had all of my clients add these foods to their diet and they have felt much better. I personally have heart issues & almost died not even a year ago. I was told I would never be able to run or do any type of cardiovascular exercise... I starting drinking bone broth regularly, added beets into my diet weekly, and take apple cider vinegar in daily. Now I am running & even doing programs for weight loss for people. If you choose to try one of these foods-- choose bone broth! There is a recipe for it in my recipe index! It is nourishing and amazing! The #1 most nourishing food in my book :)

I am not the world's most calm human being-- I still have a lot of work to do in my life. The good thing is, that life is a continuous circle where we are constantly learning things. Everyday can be a learning experience, if you allow it. One of my dear friends happens to be a doctor and she asked me one day to make her daughter some baked goods. Knowing that they were Indian, I thought maybe I could make them my famous Chai Tea Cupcakes. My whole chai experience took off from there! I've made many different things from my chai tea cupcakes, to chai tea lattes, chai cliff bars, and much more. Now I have created another amazing recipe that involves chai! I call these Vanilla Chai No-Bakes!
Enjoy this recipe! Let me know what you think!
