1 dozen eggs (I bought mine straight from a local farmer)
1-2 leafs of Kales (stems removed)
1/2 tsp garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
- In a large bowl combine eggs and kale. Make sure you tear the kale into small pieces.
- I like to use silicone muffin liners, but you don't need any liners. You can simply grease the pan with butter or coconut oil.
- pour the mixture into the 12 molds.
- With the oven preheated to 350, bake the eggs for 20 minutes!
