When someone in the family gets a cold or the flu.. usually everyone in the family ends up with it!
Keep your defense system strong!! Here are some of the best tips I have for staying healthy this school year (and during what will soon be cold/flu season).
Whether you choose to do all of these or only some of them-- try them out & hopefully illness won't strike your family this season!! One of my favorites is to include thieves hand sanitizer in my husbands lunch box & thieves lozenges! We literally never get sick! We take elderberry syrup daily, our supplements, and eat a whole food diet rich in nutrient dense foods! We aren't perfect but we do our best! Our son even takes elderberry concentrate and probiotics!
