Starting October 14th I started doing burpees everyday and the 4 minute circuit workout. I went from about 10 burpees a day to 60 a day. They are not easy- they break you down mentally and physically! This is my toning and weight loss since October 14th, 2012. The day I started I weighed myself in at 169.6. Today at the doctor's I was weighed and was at 157! I don't see a huge difference, my clothes don't fit too differently. I am building muscle though! And.... yes! Even health coaches gain some weight from time to time! This goes to show- anyone can do it! I have back and neck injuries- I am doing my very best to get this butt into shape. Losing some pounds or rather- losing some fat would be good! Toning up that muscle and getting into great shape- Anyways- I wanna be a trophy wife :)
If you don't have a lot of time or a lot of room- this is a really good workout to do!
