If you really like pancakes but want to eat something healthier here is a really yummy recipe for oatmeal pancakes!
This makes one pancake- you can adjust the ingredients to however many you want to make.
1/2 Cup Whole Oats (old-fashioned)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
What to do:
- mix all of the ingredients together
- heat your pan
- put some spray on the pan or oil
- put the pancake in and let it cook about 2 minutes each side
- serve with 1 tbsp of peanut butter on top and 2 tbsp of pure maple syrup or whatever else you like to eat on your pancakes
This will give you lots of energy and is packet with protein and fiber that is awesome for you!
