![]() There is a lot of good products that are good for you to use for your skin. There are some good over the counter products that can be used- but there are also many things you can use that are in your own home. I will use this article to focus on your face. Here are a few things that are important regardless of products: -Changer your pillow case and sheets at least once a week. -Rinse your face off after doing your hair and using hairspray. -Wash your face twice a day. - Take your makeup off every night! Okay here are the products you can tr Acne: Acne is common for teens and adults. This can be because of hormonal changes and also- even thought there isn't any "solid" evidence, what you eat does affect your skin. For black heads and white heads- I find that one of the best things you can use is baking soda! It is inexpensive and usually in most households. Baking soda is known for the cleaning properties. It is great to help dry up the bacteria on your face- it also is great for healing your face. Try this: Twice a week, take 1 Tbsp of baking soda and mix it with about 1 Tbsp of water or less of water- just enough to make a past. Spread the paste across your face with a cotton ball- use a qtip to get into the tough places like around your nose and your chin. Let it dry on your face, it might burn a bit. If it burns too much go ahead and wash it off with a wash cloth. **If you have acne all over your body, take a hot bath and add 1 cup of Epsom salts and 1/2 cup of sugar and let yourself soak for about 20 minutes. Scars Acne scars are common also any other scars on your face. The precious face is not something you want to have scars. Something that is common to use maybe once every week or once every two weeks in a cinnamon mask. Try this: take 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp of almond oil, and 1 tsp water. Mix this together and spread it all over your face, avoiding your eyes. Leave it on as long as you can stand it- this may burn. Then rinse it off with cool water and pat dry. Dry skin: Dry skin is one of the most common things that people face- especially when the weather changes or when you are sick. Coconut oil is one thing that is good to wash your face with. You can mix some Epsom salts and coconut oil and wash your face really well. It will feel a bit oily- and is possible that you will get a few zits, but keep with it. **If your whole body is dry- try taking a bath with 1/8 of a cup of olive oil, coconut oil, or almond oil. Maintaining: To maintain a healthy skin balance washing your face with goat's milk soap. It will keep your skin moisturized and also allow your skin to get a lot of nutrients. To maintain healthy looking skin, take a 45 minute bath each week complete with 1 Cup of Epsom Salts, 1/2 Cup Sugar, 1 Tbsp Ground Ginger, and 1/4 Cup of Almond, Coconut, Olive, or Baby Oil. --There are tons of things I can tell you about your skin! Be sure to maintain a healthy diet- complete with about 8 cups of water, green leafy veggies, and fruits. Stay away from processed foods as much as possible-- and yes that includes donuts! Also exercise is very important. --Also if you have some combination skin, Healthy by Choice offers organic beauty products!
