Hey everyone! It's been a few since I last posted but I am going to share my workout I do when I feel like my body needs a change! You will see results faster if you don't do the same routine everyday. Focus on muscle confusion and you will do well! All the big workouts like insanity focus on muscle confusion that is why people get the results that they do :)
- 20 push-ups
- 20 leg lifts (3 reps)
- 25 squats (3 reps)
- 1 minute of high knees (3 reps)
- 1 minute wall sit (3 reps)
- 50 side bends , each side (3 reps)
- 25 old fashioned sit ups (3 reps)
- 30 minute jog on treadmill (I do rolling hills)
- 20 minute arc trainer
- 1 minute plank (3 reps)
- 30 mountain climbers (3 reps)
