We've all been there... night time rolls around and we get that munchie feeling for something sweet. Well here is a way to satisfy your sweet tooth without eating bad stuff!
This recipe makes enough for 2 people- my husband and I shared!
1 Organic Banana
1 Handful of Organic Spinach
1 Handful of Ice
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Chocolate Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
2 Tbsp of Raw Honey or Pure Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Flaxseed
2 Tbsp Fiber Powder (Opt- we added this to kinda help things move lol)
Blend and enjoy!
