Today I started my "feel better cleanse". I am not going to hold myself to extreme limits, but I do know that the first couple days are the hardest. The body will start to detox and crave unhealthy foods.
Weight 148 Lbs. Normal Weight 143 Lbs.
Back Pain was at a 6 today at the highest- my back is feeling much better! I also believe sleeping is helping with the healing of my back.
I had my fair share of cravings today, but never felt like I was dying of hunger which is a good thing. My husband and I continued to unpack our house today and I did have cravings for some "munchie" type of snacks- but I did not give in!
Today for breakfast I had a smoothie- It really helped curve my hunger:
1 handful of ice cubes
1 Tbsp two ingredient peanut butter
1 Tbsp Superfood Blend by nutribullet
1 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
Blended it all together and it was very yummy!

If I get hungry later I may have some Pineapple Whip or a dessert smoothie!
I also drank 3 quarts of water today! Drink up!!
