Feeeewwwe.... I made it a week! To be honest I feel so much better! I used to eat this way all the time, but changes and moving out of state, living in hotels and such messed things up a bit! For breakfast I enjoyed a cup of warm vegetable broth while finishing up my homework! For lunch I added some home canned tricolor carrots & onions to another can of home canned vegetable broth. I added cumin, garlic, and Himalayan sea salt! Yum! For dinner my husband and I enjoyed Spinach & Artichoke Pasta! You can find the recipe on my blog! To reward myself this week- I bought a dress with Hungarian Embrodery! Can anyone tell I'm looking forward to summer?!
