Larabars are amazingly healthy and vegan! Who knew huh? They are made out of fruit and nuts with the occasional grain.
What you need:
1 Cup Dates
1/2 Cup dried fruit (bananas, apples, cherries, raisins, etc)
1/2-3/4 Cup Nuts
What you do:
Put all ingredients into the food processor
Process until everything in chopped and sticking together
Pour onto wax paper
Push down really hard and form bars
Put in Freezer for one hour
Take out, cut into individual bars
Wrap in saran wrap or wax paper
I keep mine in the fridge or freezer!
