Hey everyone! I have always been obsessed with abs! I always thought they are the definition of being fit and just look awesome! I mean who doesn't catch a random glimpse of themselves in the mirror with some awesome abs and say "well hello there sexy!". I know I do & I know for a fact my brother in law sees himself in the mirror and tells himself how awesome he looks!
Since I posted this picture of my abs on facebook, my friends and some family members have asked me what I have done to get my abs like this again. In high school I had really nice abs- but who wasn't in better shape in highschool?
So here it goes: (be sure to pull your belly button to your spine while do all of these exercises)
- 20 Minutes on Elliptical on Random Level 5
- 60 second plank (repeat 3 times)
- The next are yoga poses (you can find them online)
* revolved triangle pose
- 75 cruches (repeat 2 times)
- 75 reverse crunches (repeat 2 times)
- 10 minute jog
- 20 Burpees (repeat 3 times)

I also drink 8 bottles of water a day- which is about 135 oz of water. I stay away from processed foods like white breads and donuts. I drink 2 cups of hot tea daily. I also strech a lot! This picture is after 2 months of working very hard! I had surgery and as soon as my doctor cleared me for abdominal exercise I began doing it- daily. Once I got stronger I did it twice a day. It is also very important to change up your ab routine every few weeks that way you can confuse your muscles. Muscles will become used to certain exercsies- this is why I don't do situps anymore. I used to do 150 situps a day and didn't have much definition in my abs- infact I just gave up because I just had a strong abdominal wall but no definition in my muscles.
