Okay so I have gotten 3 emails in the past 2 days from people asking what my fridge looks like! I am a vegetarian- I'm what is considered "lacto-ovo" meaning I still eat dairy products. I do not conume meat, the only "meat" that I eat is fish once in a while, but many vegetarians do. This is what I have in my fridge on a daily basis and I don't go hungry. I get enough protein as well! So.... here it is! I can explain it all to you as well!
-Pickled Veggies (these are not just your average pickled veggies you buy at the store. I pickled them last year- there is very low salt and apple cider vinegar in them)
-Sour Cream (I use this as a dip- I know it isn't the healthiest, but it is something I grew up using.
-Hummus- I have both homemade and organic hummus
-Greek Yogurt (for when I'm on the go)
-Half Red Cabbage
-Carrots (For when I'm on the go)
-Bowl of veggies (For when I'm on the go)
-Home-canned garbanzo beans (I eat these a lot!)
-Organic baby spinach
-Homemade Salsa (I will post my recipe for this soon. I eat salsa daily!)
-POM Wonderful Juice
-VICO Coconut Water
My Crisper (Even though you can't see it)
