It was fairly simple to make & I loved it! I felt so nourished and satisfied-- I didn't even want dessert or a snack later- which is odd for me!
Root Vegetable Soup
Ingredients: (Use Organic Whenever Possible)
1 Quart of Bone Broth (I used Turkey)
1 Sweet Potato
4-6 Purple Potatoes
3 Medium Beets
1 Medium Kohlrabi
1/2 medium onion
1 handful of mixed greens (anything will do, kale, spinach, lettuce, etc)
mixed herbs (I used cilantro, parsley, and garlic chives)
