I have been asked to share some smoothie secrets and information with everyone. Smoothies- when made properly can be an amazing source of vitamins, minerals, sustance, and hydration. People drink smoothies for many reasons such as meal replacement, hydration, the taste, and a way to get more vegetable and fruits at one time. People who practive clean eating usually have a lot of smoothies. I will be posting separate posts that will have recipes, the best time to drink this smoothie, why to drink it, and what is good for you in it!
