Nourish 6 Week Program
What does nourishment mean?
This program, put together by Naturopathic Practitioner & Nutritionist Jessica Kellaway, is for people who want to facilitate healing in their body, improve their mental health & clarity, and overcome emotional road blocks that they might be facing that are holding them back. Do you have something that bothers you daily? Fatigue? Headaches? Migraines? Skin issues?
If you are struggling with any chronic issue this program is designed to help your body rest and take start healing or at the very least prepare for healing. If you are dealing with issues such as low energy, any and all digestive upsets, mental health issues such as depression and anxiety, inability to sleep well, not feeling rested upon waking up, if you are feeling run down, or arthritis this program might be great for you.
During this program, you will also learn how to listen to your body. Your body is smart and will let you know what it needs, you just have to listen. This is not a weight loss program, but weight loss is a very common side effect of the program. It is not as invasive as the popular elimination diets & is perfect if you want to get the ball rolling on your health.
Before you start this program, be sure to consult a practitioner or a doctor. The foods and activities for this program are considered safe for the general population, including pregnant mothers, women who are breastfeeding, children, those who work out and so on. In this program you are consuming bone broth, nourishing soups, nourishing smoothies, and many nutrient dense foods.
